Dennis Grubbs has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Dennis began their career in 2005 as a Computer Technician with BHC - Trusted IT. In 2007, they were promoted to Senior Help Desk Technician at Interactive Business Systems, Inc. for a 90-day contract. From 2010 to 2015, Dennis worked as a Customer Service Representative and Floor Support Representative at Sykes. Dennis then moved to CompuCom as a Service Experience I/Service Desk Analyst I, where they developed and maintained technical knowledge base articles in ServiceNow and resolved authentication issues. Dennis Grubbs obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology and Computer Networking from ITT Technical Institute between 2002 and 2004. In May of 2005, they became CompTIA A+ Certified, and they renewed this certification in November of 2015.
