Freddie Holland has extensive work experience in the finance and IT industry. Freddie has been working at SystemsAccountants since 2013, where they currently hold the position of Director - North America. In this role, Freddie manages the US-wide Finance Transformation, ERP, and EPM Teams. Freddie provides high-quality resources for permanent and interim positions, specializing in the implementation and management of on-premise and cloud EPM/ERP solutions. Freddie has expertise in various software systems, including Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle PBCS, FCCS, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Adaptive Insights, Cognos TM1, Planning Analytics, Workday, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Oracle e-Business Suite/Fusion, SAP, and Intacct.

Prior to their current role, Freddie held positions of Senior Manager - US EPM Services, Senior Consultant - Finance and IT Transformation Practice, and Senior Consultant - EPM and Business Intelligence at SystemsAccountants. In these roles, they provided specialist resourcing services for finance and IT change and transformation initiatives, assisted clients with their finance change agenda, and focused on the implementation of financial reporting and business analytics solutions.

Before joining SystemsAccountants, Freddie worked briefly at Capital Vintners as a Junior Broker in 2013 and at Hannah Direct as a Sales Trainer in 2010.
