Corinna Carstens

Corinna Carstens has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Corinna is currently the Director of People & Culture at SYZYGY Performance Marketing since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People & Culture at SYZYGY from 2021 to 2022. Before joining SYZYGY, Corinna worked at SYZYGY Performance GmbH as the Head of Human Resources from 2020 to 2021, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2019 to 2020.

Additionally, Corinna served as the Human Resources Manager at Budersand Hotel - Golf & Spa - Sylt from 2014 to 2016. Corinna began their career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Overall, Corinna's work experience highlights their expertise in HR management and their progressive career growth in the field.

Corinna Carstens attended the IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Corinna also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Northern Arizona University - The W. A. Franke College of Business from 2008 to 2009.
