Thomas Henry

Thomas Henry has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Project Delivery at Syzygy Plasmonics since October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Governance Risk and Assurance at the same company from October 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining Syzygy Plasmonics, Thomas was the Non-Executive Director (Co-Founder) at Eunike Ventures from September 2017. Thomas was responsible for providing services to a consortium of O&G operators in Houston and worked with start-ups and entrepreneurs to deliver new frontier technology in the energy industry.

From December 2016 to September 2017, Thomas worked as the Director of MH Energy Advisors at Life Cycle Asset Development & Strategic Planning. Additionally, they worked as a Business Opportunity Manager at Shell International E&P (Sarawak Shell) from June 2012 to October 2016. During their tenure, they handled complex projects and served as a lead in various roles such as Front-end Development Planning Lead, Head of Development Planning & Economics, Strategic Development Planning Manager, Global Field Development Advisor, Senior Group Planning Advisor-Cost Leadership & Benchmarking, Senior Corporate Planning Advisor, Field Development Lead, and Drilling Engineer.

Thomas Henry completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, from 1983 to 1986. Thomas further pursued an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, from 1993 to 1994. Additionally, they took courses on Strategic Decision & Risk Management at Stanford University from 2011 to 2012.
