Thomas Mistretta

Thomas Mistretta has a strong background in operations and management. Thomas currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Syzygy Plasmonics. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP of Operations, Specialty Chemicals and Engineered Materials at Entegris. Before that, they served as the Global Manufacturing Director, Refining Catalyst at BASF. Thomas also worked as the BASF Site Director, Agricultural Products. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at DuPont, including EKC Technology Global Operations Business Leader, Electronic Polymers Global Operations and Supply Chain Leader, and roles in supply chain and project management.

Thomas Mistretta holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University. Additionally, they have pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Colorado State University.
