Bianka Makkai

Bianka Makkai is a seasoned professional in UX research and service design, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Számlázz.hu since August 2023. Concurrently, Bianka acts as a UX Researcher student mentor at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest, guiding peers in practical research training. Previously, Bianka worked as a UX Researcher at Bitrise, focusing on user-centric design and comprehensive research methodologies, and as an Experience Designer at Works. Hungary Kft., utilizing diverse research tools to enhance user experiences. A background at Testbirds Kft. encompassed roles as both a UX Researcher and Junior Project Manager, while early career experiences included an outsourcing sales trainee position at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. and a business internship at Investors in People. Bianka holds degrees from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, further enhancing expertise in the field.
