Ted Brown

Ted Brown has been in the engineering and business development industry since 1987. Ted began their career at Willson Automation (now ABB) as a Program Manager, developing cost/project tracking tools and quality programs. In 1996, they joined Johann A. Krause, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development. Ted then moved to ThyssenKrupp where they served as Vice President of Business Development and then Global Product Line Director for Powertrain Assembly and Test Systems. In 2007, they joined Comau as Vice President and General Manager for the North American Powertrain Division, responsible for the division's P&L. From 2011 to 2015, they were Director of Business Development for the Transportation Segment at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, where they developed, implemented, and led business strategies for significant growth. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been President and CEO of TA Systems, Inc.

Ted Brown attended Detroit Catholic Central High School from 1982 to 1986, and then went on to Kettering University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering (BSME) in 1991.
