Simon O'Sullivan

Simon O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Simon is currently the Technology and Business Operations Director at T.M.Lewin, where they have established a dynamic operating model to support fast and profitable growth. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at BRAVEHEART INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, where they built the operating model for a new fashion business. Simon has also worked as a Programme Director at Travelopia, overseeing a large data science program, and as the Head of Wholesale Transformation at Arcadia Group Ltd, implementing a customer-centric transformation program. Simon has held various positions at other companies such as Emma Bridgewater, GTA, AB Agri, FitFlop, Innovate Logistics, and British Plasterboard Ltd, where they have contributed to business transformation, IT, and project management. Simon O'Sullivan completed their education with an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the year 2017. Prior to that, they attained a BSc degree in Computer Science from UCL, which they pursued from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Simon also obtained certifications as an MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Registered Practitioner in September 2014, and as a Prince 2 Registered Practitioner in February 2004, both from APMG-International.
