Ritesh Reddy has worked at several companies throughout their career. In 2015, they began as a Marketing Internship at CloudCherry. In 2016, they became an Operations Associate at SEATRAFFIC Private Ltd. The following year, they were a Supply Chain Associate at MVR Logistics Private Limited. In 2019, they advanced to Senior Sales Development Executive at Lorhan Corporation Inc. In 2021, they became a Business Development at Invent Analytics. Currently, they are a Sales Executive - Project Finance & Tax Equity and Business Development, Project Finance & Tax Equity at T-REX.

Ritesh Reddy obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Loyola college,chennai between 2013 and 2016. Ritesh then pursued a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce at SKEMA Business School between 2017 and 2019. During this period, they also obtained a Masters from North Carolina State University in 2018-2019. In 2020, they obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google.
