Michaël Blanc is an experienced professional in real estate project management, currently serving as Responsable de Programmes Immobiliers at Vilogia Premium since September 2022. Previously, Michaël held the position of Chef de Projets Immobiliers at Ametis Groupe and Responsable de Programmes Immobiliers at Spie Batignolles. Michaël's extensive background includes more than a decade at HABITAT HAUTS-DE-FRANCE, focusing on feasibility studies, project assembly, and technical and financial management of programs. Early experience as Chargé d'Opérations at Habitat du Littoral involved overseeing projects from initial sketches to market approval. Michaël holds a DUT in Génie civil from the Institut Universitaire Technologie de Béthune and a Baccalauréat de Technologie from Lycée Edouard Branly de Boulogne sur Mer.
