Elias Mohamed

Elias Mohamed, PE, DBIA, currently serves as a Senior Design-Build Project Manager at TYLin, overseeing design-build projects worth over $10 billion and design-bid-build projects totaling more than $1.5 billion since September 2022. Additionally, from March 2023 to December 2023, Elias contributed to the City of Doraville's Planning Commission, providing advisory recommendations to the City Council on various zoning and land use matters. Elias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2009, and attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2005 to 2006.
