Ian MacLeod

Ian MacLeod has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ian most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ty Lin and Dar Group Infrastructure since 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Human Resources & Safety Officer at WSP in Canada from 2016 to 2019. Ian also worked at AECOM, where they served as a Senior Vice President in various HR roles, including HR lead for the Design & Consulting Services Division and HR lead for the Americas, Construction Services, and Government Services division. Ian also held the position of Corporate Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Global. Before AECOM, Ian worked at Earth Tech, Inc. as a Corporate Vice President and Senior Director of Human Resources. Ian began their career at Proctor & Redfern Limited as a Business Services Manager and later worked as an Administrative Officer at Dalhousie University. Ian has a wealth of experience in global HR leadership and has managed HR teams serving thousands of employees across multiple countries.

Ian MacLeod completed their MBA in Marketing at Saint Mary's University in 1990 and obtained their B.Sc. in Chemistry from Mount Allison University in 1987.
