Kari Watson

Kari Watson, P.E. has a diverse work experience in civil engineering. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Civil Engineering Intern at CH2M HILL, where they were involved in cost estimation, creating plan documents, and road modeling. In 2009, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Marquette University, assisting students and grading assignments. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Engineer Associate at Edwards Engineering Consultants, LLC, where they designed roadways, estimated project costs, and ensured project compliance with standards. Since 2014, Kari has been a Lead Civil Engineer at T.Y. Lin International, where they have led design teams, coordinated interdisciplinary elements, and managed project schedules.

Kari Watson, P.E. holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. Kari also completed a Certificate Program in UI/UX Design from Coursera in 2022. In addition, Kari holds certifications such as Engineer-In-Training and Professional Engineer (PE) from the State of Illinois. Kari has also obtained various certifications in UX design and prototyping from Google.
