Raya Harkus

Raya Harkus, P.E. is a Senior Structural Engineer with experience at T.Y. Lin International, WSP USA, and Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners). Raya holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering and Forensic Structural Engineering from Columbia University, as well as a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
