Tiffany Sikora

Tiffany Sikora has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and construction industry. Tiffany is currently serving as the Vice President and Global Director of Client Experience + Marketing at TYLin, where they are responsible for implementing client experience and business development strategies. Prior to this, they held various positions at Atlas and SCST, LLC - An Atlas Company, where they focused on strategic pursuits and client services. Additionally, they worked at Delta Structural Technology and Aegion Corporation, where they held roles in sales, marketing, and senior leadership. Earlier in their career, they served as the Western Region Business Development Director at AECOM and as the Director of Business Development at TranSystems. Tiffany began their career at PENCO Engineering as the Director of Marketing and Business Development.

Tiffany Sikora earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Chapman University in 1994. Tiffany also studied Speech Communications at Chapman University.
