Jonathan Raymond

Jonathan Raymond's work experience includes several roles in different companies.

In 2012, they joined Aspire Lifestyles as a Customer Service Team Lead and later took on the role of Lead Quality Analyst. As a Lead Quality Analyst, they monitored calls for specific Team Leader partners, provided coaching and feedback on quality monitoring results to CCPs (Customer Care Professionals), and ensured CCPs understood the feedback and coaching for improvement.

In 2020, Jonathan started working at Enterprise Bank as a Service Desk Technician. In this role, they provided technical support to internal employees and external customers, resolving a variety of technical issues. Jonathan addressed inquiries, resolved problems via email, phone, and ticketing system, and traveled to locations as required to address service issues.

Most recently, Jonathan joined T2 Biosystems in 2022 as an IT Project Manager. Jonathan'sresponsibilities include coordinating ticket completion with consultants for various areas such as supply chain, finance, and system platforms like Oracle and Salesforce. Jonathan also attends regular meetings with different teams, including supply chain and finance members, MSP (Managed Service Provider), and consultants to discuss project status, barriers, and new hires. Additionally, they participate in monthly meetings with the steering committee to strategize and align on ERP improvements, project approvals, budgets, and risk management.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated their expertise in IT support, project management, and quality assurance.

Jonathan Raymond has a strong educational background in the field of project management and business administration. In 2012, they attended Middlesex Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Following that, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a Project Management certificate from the same institution, the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
