Renee Sturtevant has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Renee started as a National HR Advisor at Reliance Petroleum (BP) in 2009, where they focused on people management and compliance. Renee then worked as an HR Business Partner at PZ Cussons, where they advised on supply chain capabilities and led restructuring activities.

In 2011, Renee joined Melbourne Racing Club as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR advice and support for 13 venues. Renee moved to Quest Apartment Hotels as an HR Manager, collaborating with senior management and franchise networks during a period of change and growth.

Renee then joined Accent Group as the Group People and Compliance Manager, responsible for executing the HR strategy for 500+ stores and consolidating the HR function. Renee continued their career at Jeanswest as the National HR Manager, leading HR and payroll teams, developing workers compensation strategies, and managing people-related matters during the company's voluntary administration process.

Afterwards, Renee worked at RACV as a Business Partner in the People and Culture division, overseeing HR responsibilities for multiple resorts, clubs, and travel divisions with a focus on workforce planning, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives. Renee then joined Dairy Australia as a Senior HR Lead on a contract basis before transitioning to Factory X as the People and Culture Manager. Currently, Renee works as the Head of HR at T2 Tea.

Renee Sturtevant attended Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE (NMIT) and studied Human Resource Management.
