Norman Lopez

Norman Lopez is a skilled human resources specialist currently serving with the City of Belton, TX since January 2024. Prior to this role, Norman worked as an instructor at T3i, Inc. from October 2020 to July 2024 and contributed to the Honor Foundation as a fellow from January 2020 to July 2024, focusing on the transition of Navy SEALs and others. Norman's extensive military experience includes positions as team manager and lead instructor in the U.S. Navy from January 2016 to July 2024, as well as lead instructor and course instructor from November 2008 to January 2014. Academically, Norman holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, obtained in 2016, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Fayetteville Technical Community College, completed in 2013.
