Chuck Henry has held various positions in the military and corporate business sectors. In 1972, they began their career in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator and Director of Resources and Training for Commander Naval Air Forces. In 1997, they became the Commanding Officer of the Naval Air Reserve Force. From 2001 to 2003, they served as an Operations Officer for the USNR, Commander Naval Reserve Air Forces Command, and Commander Naval Reserve Forces Command. In 2001, they were also appointed as the Assistant Chief of Staff and Readiness Officer for the Commander of Naval Air Forces, responsible for the training and readiness of twelve Aircraft Carriers and the combined Navy Air Forces of the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets. In 2006, they were hired by InnovaSystems as a Business Analyst and Lead Product Manager for the Defense Readiness Reporting System for the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Readiness. Chuck was later selected as the Director of all Business Development and product acquisition while reporting directly to the owner and CEO. In 2009, they continued working at InnovaSystems as the Director of Business Development. In 2020, they joined T3W Business Solutions, Inc. as their Corporate Business Development.

Chuck Henry has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of San Francisco, which they obtained between 1967 and 1971. Chuck also attended the Navy Post Graduate School in 1989, where they obtained an Aircraft Mishap Safety Investigation degree. In 1974 and 1975, they attended Topgun, a Fighter weapons school, and obtained a Topgun class degree. Additionally, they obtained an Airline Transport Pilot certification from the FAA in 1980, and two certifications from LinkedIn in 2019, Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling, and Machine Learning and AI Foundations: Predictive Modeling Strategy at Scale.
