Jen Volmer

Jen Volmer has been working in the professional world since 1999. Jen began their career as an English Language Arts Teacher at Miamisburg City Schools and then moved on to become the Internal Communication Lead at T3W Business Solutions, Inc. in 2022. In their current role, they collaborate with stakeholders across the Directorate and establishes trust and credibility as a communications partner. Additionally, they analyze current internal communication systems, recommends communication tools, processes, and methods to Directorate Leaders that align with the organization’s objectives and culture. Jen also develops relationships with senior leaders, provides counsel, and helps leaders utilize strategic communication plans to further the organization’s goals.

Jen Volmer attended Wright State University from 1994 to 1999.
