John Bartels

John is the Director of Program & Project Management and brings effective leadership to the T4S team with his valuable work experiences, education, and certifications. With over 25+ years of work experience in the information technology sector, John has held critical leadership roles at IBM, Lockheed Martin, Oracle, PGI, Cherwell Software, and CACI. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. John also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations certification.

John’s technical background blends well with his management style which gives him high creditability when managing project teams and helping clients solve difficult technical problems and challenges.
