Ling Yu Kiong

Mr. Ling was appointed Senior General Manager in 2016 for the Sibu & Kapit Region and in 2020, re-designated to focus on the Sibu Region. Additions to his portfolio include palm kernel shell trading and mixed farming activities of the Group. He joined Ta Ann in 2005 as an internal auditor. In 2011, he was appointed as Junior General Manager of the Group’s oil palm plantation in Bintulu and subsequently promoted to General Manager, overseeing another oil palm plantation. He gained auditing experience from his 2-year stint with an audit firm in Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London and later obtained an Industrial Executive Diploma in Plantation Management & Agribusiness from Open University, Malaysia.
