Keshab Poudel

Keshab Poudel has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Keshab started their career as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Baroque Cocktail Bar and Restaurant in 2002. Keshab then worked as a Front of House Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Ealing London and later became a Reservation and Revenue Co-ordinator at the same company. In 2007, they joined Arora Hotels as a Front of House Manager and later took on the role of Rooms and Revenue Manager. In 2012, they joined TA Connections as an Account Manager, EMEA, and was later promoted to Account Director. Keshab led and managed multi-million dollar procurement projects for international airline partners. In 2014, they joined Hotel Connections as an Account Director, where they played a key role in sourcing and procurement of crew accommodations. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Regional Director, EMEA, Client Services at TA Connections, where they oversee a team responsible for hotel, transportation, and technology procurement for aviation and cruiseline companies. Overall, Keshab has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and procurement skills throughout their career.

Keshab Poudel has a diverse education history that includes several degrees and certifications. Keshab attended Farnborough College of Technology from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Management Accounting, specifically in the field of study of CIMA. During the same period, from 2013 to 2014, they also attended the University of West London, where they obtained a diploma in Procurement and Supply, focusing on CIPS. Prior to these educational pursuits, Keshab Poudel had attended the University of West London from 2002 to 2005, where they completed a post-graduate diploma in Hospitality Management. Additionally, in January 2021, they obtained a certification in "Mastering Self-Leadership" from LinkedIn.
