Richard Rumbaugh

Richard Rumbaugh is the Safety Director at TA Dedicated, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they served in various positions at CFI from 2018 to 2021, including Support Center & Training Manager and Safety Manager. Richard also had a decade-long tenure at Transport America from 1997 to 2006, where they worked as a Driver, On Road Training Coordinator, and Safety Manager. They earned a degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Penn State University, attending from 1986 to 1990.
