Cullen McGehee

Cullen McGehee is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in valuations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Valuations at TA Realty since October 2024, Cullen previously held the role of Vice President and Global Head of Valuations at Goldman Sachs from August 2018 to October 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate at Conway MacKenzie, Inc., and as Manager at Grant Thornton LLP. Cullen began a career in valuations at Duff & Phelps as a Senior Associate and gained initial experience as a Corporate Real Estate Intern at AT&T. Cullen holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, both from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
