Kobi Lehrer

Kobi Lehrer has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and property investment industry. Kobi currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at National Housing Group, where they focus on addressing the housing shortage and homelessness crisis in the UK. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at TAB, a lending company specializing in bridging loans. Kobi also worked as a Consultant at ASK Partners, providing bespoke funding solutions to property developers and joint venture partners. Before that, Kobi co-founded British Pearl, an online crowdfunding platform for property investment, where they served as both the Co-Founder and General Counsel & Compliance Officer. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Associate at Berwin Leighton Paisner, specializing in real estate litigation, and held solicitor positions at Darlingtons, Nabarro LLP, and SJ Berwin.

From 1997 to 2000, Kobi Lehrer attended The University of Manchester, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors (2:1) in Philosophy & Politics.
