Tasneem Ramadan

Tasneem Ramadan is a Customer Service Ambassador at Tabby since February 2024, with previous experience as a Customer Experience Specialist at Thndr from January 2023 to February 2024 and as a Call Center Representative at Telecom Egypt from November 2020 to January 2023. In the role at Telecom Egypt, responsibilities included handling customer inquiries related to mobile internet and voice issues and providing feedback to enhance customer experience. Additionally, Tasneem was tasked with quality control duties, mentoring team members, and reassessing cases with the quality department as necessary. Prior to this, a brief tenure as a Geography Teacher occurred between September 2019 and January 2020. Tasneem holds a Bachelor of Arts and Education in Education from Ain Shams University, graduated in 2019.
