Wee Ping, Casper Soh

Wee Ping has worked in the customer service industry since 2006. Their career began as a Support Engineer at Scorpion Pte Ltd (Dealer for Infrasys). Wee Ping, Casper then moved on to become a Support Supervisor at Micros Fidelio Singapore in 2007. In 2013, they joined Agilysys Singapore Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Manager and Account Manager. In 2017, Wee Ping became a Senior Account Manager at Bindo Labs, Inc. and also a Customer Success Manager at Ascentis Private Limited. Finally, in 2018, they joined Shiji (Singapore) Pte Ltd as a Customer Success Manager and is currently in the same role at TableCheck since 2019.

Casper Soh has worked in the customer service industry since 2017. Their career began as a Customer Success Manager at Ascentis Private Limited. Wee Ping, Casper then moved on to become a Senior Account Manager at Bindo Labs, Inc. in the same year. In 2018, Casper joined Shiji (Singapore) Pte Ltd as a Customer Success Manager and is currently in the same role at TableCheck since 2019.

Wee Ping and Casper Soh both hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT University and a Diploma in Business Management from Singapore Institute of Management.
