Christina Kennedy

Dean of Studies & Math Teacher at TABOR ACADEMY

Christina joined the Tabor community in 2017. She earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Bowdoin College and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies, with a focus in Social Science, from Wesleyan University. Prior to Tabor, she served as a Math Department Chair at three distinctive schools–St. Andrews School (DE), Phoenix Charter Academy (MA), and Pingree School (MA). In addition, she held the roles of Freshman Dean and Faculty Advisor to the Honor Committee at St. Andrew’s. Along with her work as Dean of Studies, Christina teaches mathematics, serves as the head coach of the varsity volleyball team, and lives in Hitchcock dorm with her husband, three children, and Portuguese Water Dog. Outside of school, Christina loves playground hopping and traveling with her family, running, biking, and sampling as many bakeries and cafes as possible.
