A. Cole Pate has extensive work experience in various leadership and project management roles. From June 2022, they have served as the Chief Operating Officer at Tachus, LLC. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Watchword Holdings LLC starting in July 2021. Before that, they held multiple positions at Strike, LLC, including President from November 2012 to June 2021, Senior Vice President from June 2010 to November 2012, Director - Project Controls from June 2007 to June 2010, and Project Engineer from December 2004 to June 2007. Their early work experience includes working as a Project Estimator at J.D. Abrams, L.P. from June 2004 to December 2004.
