Bill Kuker

Bill Kuker has extensive work experience in the field of technology and education. Bill is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tacitly since September 2022 and as a Computing & Information Science Professor at Castleton University since August 2022. Previously, they co-founded Martello Technologies in May 2009 and held the role of Lead Software Engineer until August 2022. Before that, they worked at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they served as a Systems Programmer in Infrastructure Engineering from September 2003 to April 2009, developing custom account, computer, and network management software. Bill also worked as a Computer Science Lab Instructor at the same institution from September 2001 to May 2005.

Bill Kuker attended The Cambridge School of Weston from 1995 to 1999, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Following this, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

In terms of additional certifications, Bill Kuker obtained an Amateur Radio General License from the Federal Communications Commission in March 2018. Bill also received certification in Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid from SOLO (Stonehearth Open Learning Opportunities) in December 2021.
