Seth Kahn

Seth Kahn has extensive experience in customer success and professional services, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Tackle.io since January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director of Strategic Services at Pendo.io, where Seth expanded the professional services team significantly and achieved a 70% year-over-year revenue growth. Previous to Pendo.io, Seth held various leadership positions at Red Hat, Apptio, and Verdiem, focusing on professional services sales and technical consulting. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at Fidelity Investments and IT project leadership at Tiffany & Co. Seth holds an AAGS degree from the University of Phoenix and studied at Rhode Island College.
