Vikas Sharma began their career in 2008 as a Process Associate at Tradeindia.com - Infocom Network Ltd. In this role, they promoted Indian Manufacturers, Exporters, Importers, and Service providers with their offered products/services to promote them amongst global buyers & sellers. In 2009, they joined TackyMinds as a Global Sourcing Support Specialist. In this role, they provided global sourcing support to firms that have internal recruiters but need additional help in finding global talent.
