Jim Kiley-Zufelt, PMP CSM

Jim Kiley-Zufelt, PMP CSM, has over 20 years of experience in project management and IT. Jim began their career in 1991 as an Asst Office Manager/Paralegal at Smith, Katzenstein & Jenkins LLP. Jim then moved to the University of Delaware in 1999 as an IT Coordinator, where they developed a custom web application for grad students and job seekers. In 2001, they became an IT Project Leader at The Wharton School, managing IT resources for the PA Small Business Development Centers. Jim then worked as a Research & Reporting Analyst at Independence Blue Cross from 2005 to 2007, conducting special research projects and performing extensive analysis of out-of-state claims payment operations. Since 2007, they have been VP / Project Management at The Tactile Group, managing internal operations, federal government contracts, municipal contracts, and client development for a web application and digital design agency.

Jim Kiley-Zufelt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. In 2013, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
