Scarlet Masius

Scarlet Masius has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2010, Scarlet worked as an HR Generalist at BSEC Corporation. From 2012 to 2014, they founded and operated Emoki.

In 2015, Scarlet joined Tempo Automation as a People Operations Manager, where they contributed to the development of an automated manufacturing platform.

From 2017 to 2018, Scarlet served as a People Operations Manager at Medal, a company focused on creating research-grade data sets from medical notes.

In 2020, Scarlet co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of Liminalia, Inc., a venture they were involved with until May 2022. Around the same time, they also co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Safety Net Fund, an organization supporting artists affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2021, Scarlet became a Board Member of the North Star Project, and in 2022, they joined Tactogen as the Head of Community, a public benefit corporation focused on improving mental health care accessibility.

Throughout this period, Scarlet also worked as a self-employed Creative Strategist and Consultant, primarily operating through their website www.scarletmasius.com.

Scarlet Masius earned their Bachelor's Degree in Music from Wesleyan University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Scarlet has obtained several certifications. In January 2017, they became HIPAA Certified. In August 2019, they received certification as a Zendo Peer Support Counselor from the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), and in November 2019, they completed the Positive Psychology Coaching Fundamentals course at the Wholebeing Institute.
