Ben Zimmerman

Ben Zimmerman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ben worked as an Account Executive at Tacton starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Fitness Instructor at 6YCLE from May 2018 to August 2022. Ben also served as a Sales Manager and Sales Engineer at SMS Group Inc. from January 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining SMS Group Inc., Ben held multiple positions at Eaton. From June 2018 to January 2020, they worked as an IT Functional Lead Analyst, specializing in Product Configuration, Pricing, and Quoting. Ben also served as an IT Functional Analyst for ENOVIA Product Lifecycle Management from July 2017 to June 2018, and for CRM/PRM Oracle Sales Cloud from July 2016 to July 2017.

Prior to their tenure at Eaton, Ben worked as an IT Project Manager at Eaton from September 2015 to May 2016, and from January 2015 to June 2015. Before that, they gained professional experience as a Resident Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh from August 2012 to December 2014.

Additionally, Ben has held positions as an IT Business and Data Analyst at Eaton from April 2014 to August 2014, and from August 2013 to December 2013. Ben also briefly worked as an Industrial Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc. from May 2013 to August 2013.

Ben Zimmerman earned their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Ben attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, Ben attended South Western High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Ben also obtained a certification in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn in April 2020.
