Anna-Maria Heikkinen

Anna has extensive experience in human resource management in technology businesses ranging from startups to mature public companies. She has managed demanding organizational growth and transformation. By nature, Anna focuses on leadership, operational development and creating people practices that have significant, lasting business impact. An engineer by training, Anna has worked in R&D management and grew into global HR roles for Nokia and was a co-founder of PractiCol Ltd, a strategic HR partner for organizations from startups to public sector organizations. Anna holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oulu. In her free time Anna is food-enthusiast, and enjoys food adventuring around the Mediterranean.
