Paavo Niskala

Paavo leads TactoTek’s research and development functions. He is one of the first TactoTek’s employees, and since 2012 he has played an important role in our core manufacturing team as we commercialized IMSE technology. Before joining TactoTek, Paavo gained extensive experience in global manufacturing in sourcing and supply chain quality positions at Nokia. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Manufacturing Engineering of Electronics from the University of Oulu. Paavo is a former national level martial artist who now fulfills his sweat addictions by cycling and weight training. He also enjoys reading military and autobiography books, and spends most of his free time with his wife and children.
