Amanda Powers has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Amanda began their career in 2003 as an Investment Banking Associate Director at UBS. In 2007, they moved to the William J. Clinton Foundation as a Global Pediatric HIV/AIDS Program Coordinator. In 2011, they joined Moelis & Company as a Vice President. From 2015 to 2020, they held the role of Vice President and Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at MRC Studios. Most recently, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Dick Clark Productions since 2020, and will be taking on the same role at Tactyc beginning in 2022.

Amanda Powers attended The Wharton School from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an MBA in Finance and International Development. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 1999 to 2003, majoring in Finance, International Business, and Japanese.
