Vijay Venkatasamy

Vijay Venkatasamy has extensive work experience in supply chain management and program execution management. Vijay is currently the Director of Supply Chain and MFG Solutions at TadaNow since January 2019.

Prior to this, they worked at CGN Global, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Program Execution Management and Client Relationship Management from January 2016 to December 2018. During their time there, they led supply chain transformation programs, re-engineered value chains, and helped design product distribution strategies for major clients.

Vijay Venkatasamy also worked as an Industrial Engineer at Bombardier Aerospace from August 2008 to March 2010. Vijay was responsible for improving inter-departmental process flow and project cost estimation.

Vijay started their career as a Project/Proposal Engineer at GEA Energy Systems from June 2005 to November 2006. In this role, they handled cooling tower projects for power-based industries and successfully bid on a cooling tower project order worth $1 million.

Vijay Venkatasamy also had a brief role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Wichita State University from January 2007 to July 2008.

Vijay Venkatasamy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University in 2005. Vijay then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. In 2018, they attended the Renaissance - Leadership Program at Bradley University's Foster College of Business, where they focused on Agility in Leadership for High Performing Organizations. Prior to their formal education, Vijay completed 12th Grade in Mathematics and Computer Science from NHSS. Additionally, they hold certifications in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education (obtained in 2022), Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS (obtained in 2016), Certified in Lean Systems from Wichita State University (obtained in 2009), and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters (obtained in 2008).
