Lance Rydbom

Lance Rydbom is the Director of Product Management & Engineering at Tadano America Corporation. Lance has extensive experience in managing customer relationships, dealer relationships, and sales training for cranes in various regions across the United States and Canada. Lance has a background in operations management, lean operations, and manufacturing management, with a strong focus on lean manufacturing and process improvement. Lance also has experience as a production supervisor, industrial engineer, and foreman in previous roles. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing from Penn State University.
