Ahmad Alardawi

Ahmad Alardawi currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Human Resources Manager at Tadawul Tech since April 2020. In addition to this role, Ahmad has been a lecturer at The College of Computer Technology since September 2013, teaching Business Process Modeling and Software Engineering while supervising final projects in human-computer interaction. Ahmad is pursuing a PhD in Software Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University, focusing on the psychology of programming through empirical investigations. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Manager at GERAS for Training and Consulting until February 2023 and Training Manager at Nokia Mobile Phones, where Ahmad led training for the field force group in Libya. Ahmad also held the position of General Manager at Almustakbal Training Center from February 1999 to January 2006. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MSc from Sheffield Hallam University, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering from the Faculty of Electronics Engineering.
