Vadim Bolotin has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Vadim has held various managerial positions in different industries such as manufacturing, food production, and technology.
Starting in 2002, Bolotin worked at Intel Corporation as the Team's tech leader, where they managed and quality controlled a production line of over 2,000 employees. Vadim was responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance and task distribution among workers.
In 2007, Bolotin joined a Private Consulting Company as a Senior Food Engineer. Vadim managed a team of food engineers and had expertise in food imports and legislation. Vadim was responsible for checking import transport certificates and ensuring compliance with regulations.
From 2008 to 2011, Bolotin worked at Nestle as a Quality Assurance Manager. Vadim managed plant food safety systems and quality management, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and health ministry regulations. Under their leadership, the factory became a role-model factory for the health ministry.
From 2011 to 2016, Bolotin served as the Director of Operations at SodaStream International, Ltd. Vadim managed a production site with 100 employees and implemented various operational improvements, such as computerizing production processes and implementing performance indicators.
In 2016, Bolotin worked as an Operations Manager at AMRAZ, where they oversaw two production departments in a plastic injection manufacturing company. Vadim managed a team of shift managers, production engineers, and operators.
From 2016 to 2018, Bolotin joined General Mills as the Global Quality & Regulatory Operational Manager. Vadim played a key role in managing quality and regulatory operations on a global scale.
Most recently, since 2018, Bolotin has been working at Tadbik as the Head of Process and Product Quality Management. Vadim oversees polymers printing and lamination and is in charge of quality assurance.

Vadim Bolotin completed their Executive M.B.A from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc in Biochemistry and Food Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2003 and 2007. Vadim also holds a degree as a Practical Engineer in Computer Programming from ORT Colleges, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999.
