Alexandra Katsadourou is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Senior CX Operations Manager at tado° since October 2021. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Team Lead After Sales at tado° from May 2017 to November 2019. Prior to that, Alexandra worked at crealytics GmbH, first as Head of Account Management from July 2015 to April 2017 and earlier as Team Lead Account Management from January 2015 to June 2015.
