Sophia Neubauer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sophia started their career in 2015 as a Working Student in Customer Care and Payment at Bergzeit, where they worked until 2017.
In 2017, Sophia joined Münchner Bank as a Working Student in Human Resources and stayed until 2018. Following that, they interned in Research and Development at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München from March to June 2018.
Sophia then transitioned to tado°, where they began as a Working Student in Human Resources in May 2019. Sophia later took on the role of Junior HR Coordinator from November 2019 to September 2020. Sophia advanced to become a Human Resources Development Specialist and held this position until December 2021. Currently, they serve as the HR Manager of Learning & Development at tado°, a role they have held since December 2021.
Sophia Neubauer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bildungswissenschaften from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Sophia also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Soziologie from Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU). Additionally, Sophia has a certification in Coaching in komplexen Systemen from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
