Leah Guidace

Leah Guidace has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Leah started their career as a PC & Network Support at TAFE in 1996 and worked there until 1998. Leah then joined EDS Australia as a Systems Administrator from 1998 to 2000. Leah then worked at HP Enterprise Services where they held various roles including Technical Consultant, Business Infrastructure Manager, and Client Delivery Leader. During their time at HP, they were responsible for server management, performance analysis, problem resolution, project management, and customer liaison. After that, they worked at Logi-Tech Pty Ltd as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they managed multiple customer sites and performed installations, upgrades, and configuration of server operating systems. Leah's most recent role was as a Cloud Technology Technical Lead at TAFE SA, where they managed Azure and Office365 environments, as well as VMware vcentre and esxi server installations and upgrades.

Leah Guidace earned an Associate Diploma in Information Technology from TAFE between 1992 and 1996. Leah also obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator from Microsoft in 2003. Aside from these, Leah received various certifications from institutions like TAFE SA, Novell, CompTIA, EXIN, and Novell.
