Lesley Coleman

Lesley Coleman CMgr is an experienced training and development professional currently serving as the TAG Global Training Manager at TAG Aviation since July 2023. With a long tenure at TAG AVIATION (UK) LIMITED beginning in August 2011, Lesley has held various roles including Executive Coach, HR Business Partner for Learning & Development, and Senior Instructor and Deputy Manager at TAG Global Training. Lesley specializes in developing and facilitating bespoke training programs and has significant experience in coaching and leadership development, having worked with numerous prestigious organizations such as British Airways, Marsh McLennan, and the National Trust. Lesley holds an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and has consistently contributed to the learning and development strategies within the aviation and wider corporate sectors.
