Varun Rajender Soian has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Iseva. In 2008, they moved to HSBC where they served as a CSR, Risk Consultant Agent for Credit Services and Originations, and Compliance for the Consumer Finance Team. In 2013, Varun joined First Advantage as a Team Lead, where they were responsible for sales and marketing, process transition from the US to India, and identifying qualified prospects. In 2016, they took on the role of Business Development Lead at Attest - Modern Referral Platform. Varun Rajender then moved to LTC Square as a Founder in 2018 and is currently a Customer Experience Manager at Tagalys.
