Arti Pawar has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Taggd since September 2015, where responsibilities include onsite stakeholder management and pre-sales activities for RPO solutions in the BFSI sector. Prior to this role, Arti worked as a Team Lead at Serco Global Services from February 2013 to September 2015, managing a team focused on cost-effective hiring strategies for international projects. Arti began a career in customer service with IBM Daksh Business Process Service Limited from May 2007 to December 2012, advancing from a Recruiter to a Lead Recruiter. Arti holds a B.Sc in Microbiology from Lady Amritbai Daga College For Women of Arts, Commerce & Science and Smt. RP College of Home Science and Home Science Technology.
