Bader Alhumoud

Bader Alhumoud is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Executive Director of GRC and Board Affairs at Tahakom Investments Company since January 2023, Bader also holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, experience at the Public Investment Fund spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President-Corporate Governance. Bader has also contributed to the boards of various organizations, including Shuaibah Water and Electricity Company and Saudi Technology Development and Investment Company, as an Independent Member of respective committees. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Finance from Victoria University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. Additional professional development includes leadership programs at The City University of New York and training through the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.
